  • When: You tell us! Send us an inquiry with your desired date, and we will check out availability. We always suggest Sundays, but you are welcome to inquire about other days of the week.

    *Please note: We will only take on a limited number of these semi-custom “pick your date” bookings.

  • Where: Your pop-up location will be determined during your consultation or in some cases, post-booking. However, we will have conversations regarding available options and work with you on making a selection from one of our available and preferred venue partners. If you have a specific location in mind, like a park or even your home, let us know, and we can discuss things in more detail.

  • Available Times: Similar to our curated pop-ups, you will still choose from one of the provided pop-up timeslots for your booking. Sometimes, we can make accommodations to adjust the timing if required.

    • 12:30 pm - 2:30 pm

    • 4:30 pm - 6:30 pm

  • Maximum Number of Guests: 40

Most pop-ups with Be Married have an average investment of $7,500 - $8,500

Sometimes, Pick Your Own Date Pop-ups may require additional customization or may not include all of the usual inclusions based on your needs or vision. We will discuss all details with you during a consultation call to ensure we provide you with a package that works for your needs and expectations.


what’s included.

 

venue access

You and your guests will have exclusive access to the included venue to enjoy your ceremony and also mingle afterward. During our consultation with you, we will review a sample timeline and discuss the layout or other venue-specific details, so you know what to expect.

day-of coordination

Your Be Married team provides pop-up planning + coordination services. We will connect you with your very own day-of coordinator and create timelines (one for you and one for your vendor team) to keep things running smoothly. You will also have one final details meeting 2 - 3 weeks before your booked date with your coordinator and photographer. We will be your main point of contact throughout the process and handle all vendor coordination for you too!

photo coverage

Your photographer for the day is sure to document everything in the most genuine and thoughtful way. You will have the opportunity to meet them, in person, at our Final Details meeting so that you can get to know them better before your wedding day.

 

ceremony design + florals

Your ceremony design is brought to life by your florist with the assistance of professional event designers and stylists. Each package includes personal florals for you and your partner and the ceremony florals. If there are any additional floral needs, you can make optional upgrade selections to your package if available.

semi-custom cake

Top everything off with a delicious and equally beautiful multi-tier custom cake with your choice of flavors and fillings from the seasonal selections we provide to you. Our team will serve your cake to you and your guests during your pop-up event. We even provide utensils and plates for your convenience. Other dessert options are available upon request.

dj, emcee + sound services

We always have a professional sound service on-site for all of our pop-ups to ensure that the music is on point and announcements are made promptly and professionally. We know how important it is to have this service and equipment. Our preferred DJs ensure the event's flow is consistent and stays on track while having fun and setting the tone with great music.  

 
 

If you're looking to add anything to this already incredible package, we've got great news! Some of our involved vendors will provide specialty upgrade services for an added cost (i.e., custom signage, cake/dessert, stationery/invitations, engagement sessions, photo albums, additional florals, food & beverage packages, etc.). We will provide you with more specifics and information during our consultation or post-booking, depending on your selected pop-up and any available upgrades. Recommendations for additional vendors that are not already built into our packages can be provided upon request (videographers, hairstylists, makeup artists, etc.)
