You and your guests will have exclusive access to the included venue to enjoy your ceremony and also mingle afterward. During our consultation with you, we will review a sample timeline and discuss the layout or other venue-specific details, so you know what to expect.

photo coverage

A talented photographer will capture all of the lovely details of your ceremony. Afterward, he/she will take photos of you and your guests as well as portraits of just the two of you. Your photos will be delivered via an online gallery.

day-of coordination + timeline

Our planner(s) and day-of coordinator will handle all of the vendor coordination, provide a timeline to keep things running smoothly and help make this experience even more seamless and stress-free!

ceremony design + florals

A beautiful and unique ceremony design that will be fully styled for you and includes seating for your guests. Not to mention, we partner with local florists to create stunning seasonal personal florals for the happy couple (bouquets and/or boutonnieres) and any arrangements or floral installations that we may build into our ceremony backdrop design.

semi-custom cake

Top everything off with a delicious and equally beautiful multi-tier custom cake with your choice of flavors and fillings from the seasonal selections we provide to you. Our team will serve your cake to you and your guests during your pop-up event. We even provide utensils and plates for your convenience. Other dessert options are available upon request.

dj, emcee + sound services

We always have a professional sound service on-site for all of our pop-ups to ensure that the music is on point and announcements are made promptly and professionally. We know how important it is to have this service and equipment. Along with a professional Dj/Emcee to make sure the event's flow is consistent and stays on track.

  • Pick a date from the available options on the “Date + Concepts” page. Or inquire about a date of your own!

  • We have curated some beautiful concepts and color palettes for your pop-up wedding! Whether you’re doing a Pre-Selected Date option or a Pick-Your-Own, we will bring your selection to life. We also can discuss other color palettes and design options for Custom Pop-Ups!

  • Submit your inquiry for the date and concept of your choice! We will check our availability, connect with our venue partners to see which locations are available on your selected date, and then schedule a consultation with you.

  • After we ensure that we are the right fit for your intimate pop-up wedding, we will get you booked for your selected date and concept. From there, all you need to worry about is marrying the love of your life!
